General terms of use regulating access to and utilization of the Aura financial platform.

01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aura (“the Platform”), the user accepts these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the service.

02.Service Description

Aura is a digital platform that allows:

  • View and manage financial and crypto assets
  • Analyze portfolios using automated tools
  • Define and track financial goals

The Platform is for informational and analytical purposes only.

03.No Financial Advice

Aura does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. All information provided is general in nature, does not constitute an investment recommendation, and does not guarantee results.

The user is solely responsible for their financial decisions.

04.Registration and Security

The user must provide truthful information, protect their credentials, and notify any unauthorized access. Aura is not responsible for any misuse of accounts resulting from user negligence.

05.External Integrations

The Platform may connect with third parties (brokers, exchanges, APIs). The user authorizes the data connection, but Aura does not guarantee the availability or accuracy of such third-party information.

07.Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Aura require payment. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, users who cancel their subscription may continue to access paid features until the end of their current billing period.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued where required by applicable law or at Aura's discretion.
